Insulation Process

Step 1 – Sign Up

You may have been visited by one of our field representatives and agreed to have cavity/loft insulation.

Step 2 – Survey

We will send one of our technical surveyors to your property to check that your loft/cavity is in need of insulation. They will also ensure that our fitting team is well prepared in advance for any technical issues, ensuring that when we fi t your cavity/loft everything runs smoothly. Our surveyor will also give you a fitting date

Step 3– Installation

Our fitters will arrive on the agreed fitting date and complete the installation of your cavity wall or loft insulation. They will tidy up and say goodbye, leaving your property as tidy as it was when they arrived.

Step 4– CIGA Guarantee

As we are an approved BBA and CIGA registered installer, all of our cavity installations are backed with a CIGA independent 25 year guarantee which you will receive a few weeks after installation. If you ever choose to sell your home, this guarantee should be produced to the estate agents and solicitors in order to prove the energy efficiency rating of your home.
