1. Am I entitled to a grant?

Right now every household in the UK is entitled to an insulation grant of up to 50% off the total costs. For example; a typical 3 bedroom semi detached house that requires cavity wall insulation would cost approximately £450.

2. What does the grant cover?

The grant covers just over half the cost meaning you pay £199 for cavity wall insulation or loft insulation.

3. How do I access the grant?

Good question, just give Greenman Insulation a call and they will take care of the rest.

4. How long will it take?

We will survey the property within 7 days of the application. On the day of the survey, the surveyor will issue you with a fitting date usually within 4 to 6 weeks. However, if you require a more immediate service we will endeavour to fit within a week. When our fitters arrive on site the typical installation takes approximately 2 to 3 hours.

5. When do I pay?

We do not take any payment until the installation has been completed and you are absolutely satisfied. When the fitters have completed the job you will be requested to inspect, sign off and pay.

6. How do I pay?

Ideally we want cheque or debit/credit card payment. If this is not possible our fitters are able to accept cash where you will be given a receipt of payment.

7. What do I do now?

Call us now and we will send out a surveyor to give you a free survey and quote. If you accept, we will then give you a fitting date.
